Description
Raspberries(覆盆子) possess multiple benefits, including tonifying the kidneys and strengthening essence, nourishing the liver and improving eyesight, reducing urination and stopping nocturnal emission, anti-oxidation, and regulating immunity. They are both a traditional Chinese medicine and a nutritious “golden fruit.”
1. Tonifying the Kidneys and Strengthening Essence, Improving Reproductive Function: Raspberries are warm in nature and sweet and sour in taste. They enter the kidney and liver meridians, warming and tonifying kidney yang, and astringing and consolidating. They are often used for kidney deficiency leading to:
