Description
Kudzu flower(葛花) is a traditional Chinese medicine with hangover-relieving and stomach-protecting properties, capable of alleviating discomfort such as headache, thirst, and vomiting after drinking alcohol. These pale purple buds are mainly produced in Henan, Hunan, and Zhejiang provinces. They are both a traditional remedy for hangovers and a regulator of spleen and stomach function. Their medicinal history can be traced back to Han Dynasty medical texts, and they are still widely used today to address discomfort caused by excessive drinking.
